Reservations: Verbal, faxed or written reservations will be held for 7 days. A $1,500.00 non-refundable deposit per person is required within 7 days after invoiced to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 90 days prior to departure. Substitution of guests is permitted with approval of Aquatic Adventures. If payments are not received at the designated times Aquatic Adventures reserves the right to cancel your reservation, with forfeiture of all monies to date. Trip cancellation insurance is highly suggested.
In addition, we appreciate your promptness in returning the completed (unaltered/ scanned) application and liability release forms with your deposit. All forms must be completed and emailed to our office when making the deposit payment. The forms can be found at the forms and information page of the web site.
All payments are non-refundable. All rates and conditions are subject to change. A $450.00 Permits and Cruising Fee will be added to your invoice. Remember: There will be an additional $450.00 Port & Fuel Surcharge fee to be paid on board in USD cash.
